| * Free minor
version updates. |
|
* FREE major
version upgrades. |
| * Free
technical support. Support is provided by phone or e-mail.

* Credit towards
the purchase of a higher-level license and maintenance |

agreement. |

Pricing |
|

|
Annual Maintenance
Agreements can be purchased in 1 year increments. |

Terms and
Conditions |

Renewal: The
Agreement renews automatically on the renewal date. Unless the
Agreement has been cancelled, a renewal form will be emailed to
the contact email address. If a response is not received within
30 days, the Agreement will be considered canceled. |

Cancellation: The Agreement can be cancelled at any time in
writing by e-mail or letter. In case of cancellation, GOFF
Concepts will not pro-rate or issue any refunds for any unused
time on this agreement. There is no grace period for
cancellations. |
